House is not present on 1930 census. In 1931, along with 2 other households, the Faulks' dog was poisoned and killed by a man who left poisoned beef on the lawns of multiple households in Llanerch.

In April 1943, Trevor died from a cerebral hemorrhage. Jean died in August of that year from a cardiovascular event. The house was sold at a brokerage session in 1944, presumably to the next recorded residents, the Bradshers.

1950 census: Physician Arthur is living with his Canadian-born wife and two daughters.

Francis and Mary Brady are listed as living there in 1952 in a birth announcement for a daughter. The house was listed for rent in both 1957 and 1959. In 1979, Dr. Raymond I. Haskell, director and employee of Girard College, died. He lived there sometime past the Bradys' departure.

Thomas Buchter purchaed the home in 1980, and sold the residence in 1984 to Walter Konopka for $80,000. In 2004, it was sold to Kathryn Nestor for $420,000, and it was sold again in 2024 for $700,000.
